1. Where is the concert taking place?
The concert will take place in Florence's historic center, just steps from Piazza Santa Croce, at Oratorio Santa Maria Vergine della Croce al Tempio, in Via di san Giuseppe. The venue is easily accessible on foot, but can also be reached by taxy.
2. Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking in advance on our reseller Eventbrite using the "BOOK NOW" button directly linked on the site to secure your seat, but you can also purchase tickets directly on site up to a few minutes before the start, if they are still available.
3. Can I buy tickets on site?
Yes. You can purchase tickets in cash or by card before the concert, but we recommend booking online to guarantee your seat.
4. Are the concerts suitable for children?
Yes, the concerts are suitable for children and families. Children up to 6 years old are free, and those over 6 pay full admission.
5. What time does the concert start and how long does it last?
Classical and chamber music concerts begin at 12:00 pm and opera aria concerts at 3:30 pm, and last approximately 60 minutes.
6. Is the location accessible to people with reduced mobility?

7. What kind of music will be performed?
Our matinees feature famous pieces from classical and chamber music, as well as Italian opera, performed by professional musicians and singers in an intimate, historical setting. The specific programs for each concert can be found in the Calendar on the CONCERTS page (scroll down to find it).
8. Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
You can take photos without flash and short videos, but please do so out of respect for the artists and other spectators. Always keep your phone on silent.
9. Is there a dress code required?
There's no formal dress code, but we recommend modest attire appropriate for the cultural experience. Feel free to wear elegant attire if you wish.
10. Can I be late?
You can enter even if you arrive late, but no refunds will be given. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the start time to fully enjoy the experience.
